We know it is a hard time while waiting for the parcel, therefore, we have concentrated a lot on making sure the items get delivered to you as quickly as possible.
Delivery process
A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified. We begin preparing your order immediately after confirming. With this sort of time frame, it makes it difficult for us to change or cancel your order, however, we will do our best to support your request.
It normally takes 1-3 business days for us to process your order. Please note that this does not include holidays and weekends.
Delivery takes about 8-15 business days (affected by coronavirus), rarely longer depending on the customer location (local festivities or Customs order processing).
Delivery to South Africa can take longer than usual due to longer Customs processing.
Your tracking number and the express company website link will be sent in e-mail immediately after we ship the order out.  We will also e-mail you if there is any unsuccessful delivery. After you receive the order you purchased, you are free to write a review. 
Please contact us within 6 months since shipment if no receipt or delivery, our representative will resolve this problem within 24 hours. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.
